i am truly excited to post this wedding! amy and ryan were married yesterday at traveler's rest in nashville, and they asked me to photograph the day. i was really happy with their style, the weather, the people, and really just everything. amy was so much fun, and she is so crafty! visit her blog to learn more about the wedding, and some of the planning that went into it. congrats you guys!

its been a while. summer is here, and with it busy times. my roommate nate's friend katie has been visiting from maryland, and today i photographed them in our neighborhood. katie has such a great personality!

the paper route cd release show was really great! i loved the red balloon theme. it was shoulder to shoulder, i never heard but i'm guessing it was sold out. this weekend i'm traveling to atlanta to help my friend david shoot matt redman and his band for their new album. it will be great to see all my passion/six step friends again.

this weekend i drove down to mississippi and did three shoots in one day! it was madness, but so much fun. got to visit with my friends casey and daniel from high school, and i photographed them and my new friend shelby. casey and daniel's photos are coming, here are some of my favorites of shelby. its so great to revisit a place you lived several years ago and still have great friends to welcome you back.

family vacation

last week i joined my family on a cruise ship around the caribbean islands. i wish i had photos of what we saw scuba diving, so amazing. it was a great time with lots of memories. now i'm back and i've got lots of laundry to do.

super awesome fishing setup

this week i got some fishing stuff and rigged it to attach to my bike. there's a small fishing pond in a park near by. i feel like a real southern boy now. i did some fishing growing up with my dad, but nothing serious, and i dont think any knowledge i gained stuck, because i've recently asked/searched every basic question about fishing you could think of. if i ever catch anything bigger than my fist, i'll post a photo, and i'll try to find a trucker hat and some sort of nascar paraphernalia to go with it.

its been a rainy few days.
i have new work waiting to post...waiting on permission. i got the chance to do a job for provident records last week, look for a post about that soon. i'm ready for it to warm up again, we had such a nice spring preview a week or so ago. baked another couple loaves of bread today. success.
